Known for blending creativity with corporate rigor, Jamil is passionate about using social not just as a communication tool, but as a driver of connection and brand value.

    Lauren Haxell is an expert in building and scaling global social media functions, with a strong track record of leading innovative, data-driven campaigns. At Hasbro, she manages the social strategy for iconic brands like Play-Doh, Peppa Pig, and Transformers, most recently leading the viral Mummy Pig Pregnancy campaign that made waves across UK and US social. Known for her strategic “test and learn” mindset, Lauren brings creativity, collaboration, and impact to everything she does. She was nominated for the 2023 Women in Toys award for her contributions to the industry.

    Alex Frolov is the co‑founder and CEO of HypeAuditor, the AI-driven influencer marketing analytics platform he launched in 2017 to drive transparency, performance, and fraud detection in the industry. Under his leadership, HypeAuditor has processed over 170 million influencer profiles, built the most advanced AI fraud-detection system, and helped brands and agencies make truly data-driven advertising decisions.

    As someone who lives and breathes social advertising, Alex is eager to judge campaigns not just on creativity, but on the data and insights that back them.

A self-confessed content obsessive, Marcus has developed a framework for brand distinctiveness grounded in behavioural and cognitive neuroscience, helping brands create work people actually remember. From skydiving influencers to hijacking premieres on Twitch, his work is bold, disruptive, and anything but forgettable.

Most recently, he served as Barclays’ first Director of Social Media, overseeing group-wide channels and leading executive communications on platforms like LinkedIn.

She began her career as a content executive at Myprotein before moving into digital strategy, and for the past two years has led the social media team at Innocent Drinks. Known for blending creativity with strategic thinking, Anni is all about building brand voice in bold and unexpected ways.

    Born and raised in northern Spain, Nat Cortazar was the first woman in her family to attend university. With a background in digital marketing and fashion, she began her career in influencer marketing before the term was even widely used. Nat brings over a decade of experience to the table, having worked at Amazon Fashion, Publicis Media, and Freuds in London. In 2020, she launched The Good Egg, an award-winning international boutique influencer marketing agency with clients including Silverstone, Flo, and LEGO. She’s been recognised as ‘One to Watch’ in the #Influencer50 (2019) and named one of the Top 30 Trailblazing Women in Influencer Marketing by Hello Partner.

From writing TV shows and articles to penning some of the biggest brand posts of all time, James has a knack for crafting content that sticks. Known for his sharp wit and strategic thinking, he now runs James Parker Social, where he helps brands show up in the most scroll-stopping ways.

With extensive, award-winning experience, Ruth has delivered global social and integrated campaigns for brands including Arla, Unilever, Lloyds Banking Group, and Diageo. A regular speaker on social media and creativity, she’s also judged for the PRWeek Awards, Purpose Awards, PRCA Awards, and PRWeek 30 Under 30.
