SocialDay - Social Media Marketing Awards
The SocialDay Social Media Marketing Awards have been crafted in the same way our SocialDayUK social media festival has been created. With you in mind! Our categories reflect what is actually happening within Social Media Marketing, our awards are platform agnostic as we recognise that majority of social media campaigns are multi platform affairs, you don't plan your campaigns in silos so we don’t judge them that way!
The Judging
Our judges have been carefully selected for expertise in each topic area, they will understand the work you do as they have spent time walking in your shoes. They have had to explain to friends, family and prospects what Social Media Marketers do, they know it's much more that sitting on your backside messing around on Facebook and taking pictures for Instagram stories :-) Point is they have walked the walk and talked the talk, so being recognised by these judges means a lot, they get it!
Club Tropicana drinks are free…
... Well they will be for a large part of the evening, entering into our neon beach themed paradise, you’ll be dressed in your best going out gear. On arrival you’ll be welcomed with a special SocialDay cocktail, networking with all the other shortlisted delegates and guests over canapes in our lounge area.
The awards will take place around the pool
(where else) you’ll take your place in the cabana or poolside table waiting to find out if you or your team will be crowned best in class. We will be giving out the SAT’s, no, not some education things, the SocialDay Awards Trophies, every marketing trophy case needs one!
Once we are swiftly through the awards (you’ll get no messing around from us, this is not your usual dull awards where you wait hours to get through the categories).
Enter Mavric
Next, we enter the danger zone, as Mavric enters the room to award the “best of the best” top gun award… this will be chosen from all the winners by our judges as the best in class.
Once the trophies have been handed out we will invite you all to join us under the palm trees to celebrate into the small hours, we’ll take plenty of pictures so you can share across your feeds the following morning as you sip coffee, water and reflect on what an amazing night you’ve had.

Entry for the awards is free, we need you to complete the categories you wish to enter by the 5th September 2018. have a look at the judging criteria and the forms for entry, it is recommended to compile the submission externally (noting the word count on each section) Then when you are ready cut and paste the answers into each section.

Tickets Available
Tickets can be purchased individually or as a table of 10, this is not a typical award's so don’t be expecting black tie and sitting on your table all night, we are here to mingle!
On arrival you will be served with a SocialDay cocktail, you’ll talk with colleagues and meet new people how you’ll think you've known for years! That's because they are like minded and it's also the secret sauce to our events, the networking is legendary.
While you're tapping your feet to DJ Tiny’s best awards tunes, before long we’ll serve you some amazing tropical food, and then we’ll invite you around the pool to start the awards!!!
Our ceremony differs from most, they’ll be loud music, we encourage dancing up to the stage, and lucky winners will be encouraged to take pictures for social media, the official photographer will take a picture of you in the lifeguard tower, award trophy in hand and the Hawaiian lei.
We promise to make the ceremony as quickly as possible (but not rushed) as you guys will want to get back to the music and networking, Once the Best of the best award has been given out, DJ Tiny will crank up the tunes for what promises to be an evening of fun, we dare you to try and stand still and not enjoy the music!!!
